Tuesday 14 September 2021, 6.00pm at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you, those of you who can make it, to the upcoming 2021 BAOT/RCOT Annual General Meeting (AGM) this September.
On Tuesday 14 September, the RCOT AGM will take place at 6.00pm at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), 10 Union Street, London, SE1 1SZ.
Here are some of the things that will be happening at the AGM:
- Chair of Council, Professor Diane Cox, will speak about the work of RCOT over the past year,
- Revised Articles of Association will be presented for approval - allowing virtual AGMs to take place in the future, and
- You can also ask questions and participate by voting on any resolutions taken during proceedings.
As this is a members only event, information on how to book your place, along with details on the resolutions presented to the AGM can be found here.
To ensure the health and wellbeing of our members and staff, and for the AGM to be conducted safely we have booked to host the event at RCOG, a larger venue than RCOT headquarters.
The AGM will take place as in person event, as stipulated by the current BAOT and RCOT Articles of Association. *
*Temporary legislation allowed for the 2020 AGM to take place virtually.
