Advancing practice
Advanced levels of practice including Advanced Practice and Consultant levels (linked to Career Levels 7 and 8 in the Career Framework respectively). These two levels of practice can be enacted within a number of roles, in different settings and with different job titles.
A flexible and adaptable workforce is critical to improving service delivery, with roles and careers shaped to reflect future needs and priorities. Nationally recognised capabilities ensure occupational therapists and other allied health professionals can articulate their level of experience and skills to embrace new professional development opportunities.
