British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT) which is the parent of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists has said today:
BAOT supports its members in Northern Ireland who are taking industrial action this week. BAOT members can access appropriate support and guidance directly from UNISON.
The Department of Health has confirmed it is now in a position to implement health service national pay body recommendations for 2022–2023 and we’ll continue to monitor developments until an agreement on pay and conditions is reached.
UNISON members in Scotland have voted to accept the Scottish Government’s revised pay offer of 7.5%.
