We’re asking all members working in rehabilitation settings to complete our survey on the issues affecting rehabilitation services across the UK.
The survey launches today and will close at 11pm on Sunday 27 March. It should take around 10 – 15 minutes to complete and can be accessed here.
We’re concerned by reports from our members that the COVID pandemic is having a continued impact on their ability to deliver the services the public need. We want to learn more about the experiences of occupational therapists working in rehabilitation and identify any barriers making it difficult for them to support people.
By responding to the survey you’ll help us develop a UK-wide perspective on current challenges facing occupational therapists. This will enable us to effectively lobby the UK Governments to provide more funding and resources for rehabilitation services.
Lauren Walker, RCOT Professional Adviser said:
“We’re working with a number of partner organisations across the UK to campaign for improved rehabilitation services. We know the life-changing impact that rehabilitation can have, and this survey will help us to demonstrate the challenges that occupational therapists are facing every day, across the UK, in providing the support that people desperately need.”
