I've been at RCOT for over 9 years, in various roles. The culture is great – everyone's supportive, and you really feel heard. Being a Colleague Forum representative lets me collaborate with other colleagues to make RCOT a better and more inclusive place to work. I’m a career-long member and came to work for RCOT as I wanted to make a difference and proactively support everyone involved in educating our future workforce. I’ve been here two years and love it! Great people to work with, and we have a new strategy and values that align so well with my approach.

At RCOT I enjoy working with people who appreciate me and acknowledge my input. My colleagues make me feel that my contribution is meaningful and what we do makes a difference for others.
