This week we are launching an initiative exclusive to our learners!
We want to build stronger connections with our learner community and work with members to raise awareness of our member benefits – supporting the future of our profession from day one.
At the heart of this initiative we want to recruit learner ambassadors on all RCOT accredited courses in the UK.
Learner ambassadors will play a crucial role in advocating for RCOT membership among learners. They will work closely with our membership team and other relevant stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to increase student membership and promote our member benefits.
Don't wait too long, our first stage of recruitment is open and we willl be recruiting on an ongoing basis until all positions are filled.
We value the diversity of our 36,000+ strong membership and we strongly encourage applications from all sections of the learner community, especially those from under-represented groups.
If you're interested you'll need to complete this form.

Our ambition is to have a diverse workforce that is representative of the communities we serve. We don’t only embrace diversity, we celebrate it, nurture it and support our staff in realising their true potential. We are passionate about creating an environment free from discrimination and harassment where people can be their authentic self and recognise that each of us is unique. Therefore, our definition of diversity goes beyond those defined in equality legislation and we will afford the same standards and principles to those with lived experiences.
