What is an RCOT Research Champion?Back in November 2022 we launched the first call for self-nominations to become an RCOT Research Champion. In response we received 54 applications! Through the self-nomination process, research champions demonstrated they could map their ways of thinking and skills to the Career Development Framework (RCOT 2021) Leadership pillar and the Evidence, Research and development pillar at Level 4 and above. To fulfil the role, they have agreed to commit regular time and energy to supporting the network (approximately 30 minutes per week/two hours per month).
