Stay up to date with the latest developments as we get ready to introduce new member benefits and improved digital experiences this spring

Last year we shared with you our vision for improving member’s digital experiences over the coming years. Read more about our digital transformation.

Exciting improvements coming this Spring

This Spring, you’ll receive new member benefits and see improvements to our digital tools, giving you a better experience and helping you get more out of your RCOT membership

What to expect this spring

Improving digital experiences

Through our member research we learnt that members want to be able to easily access resources, events and support that reflects their unique circumstances and be able to receive more personalised content from their professional body.

We've developed new member benefits and improved digital experiences in response and to make your membership work better for you.

In the future we'll be able to connect data and insight about your membership and have a better understanding of what's important to you. This means over time, we'll be able to offer you content and experiences tailored to your areas of interest, career level and specialism.

We're reimagining our communities
