More about Steve

With over 30 years’ experience leading teams and organisations in the health and social care sector, Steve has a proven track record of delivering high impact change and improvement programmes and managing multidisciplinary teams to boost standards in care.

He joined RCOT in April 2021 and has led the organisation on a rapid transformation programme, modernising its operations and ensuring it represents the needs of its diverse membership. He spearheaded the development of an ambitious five-year strategy to realise the true and untapped potential occupational therapists can have on the lives of the people and patients they support.
